House, together with Ishmael, “Our Lord, accept it from us, You are the Hearer, the Knower.”” and in Surah 14:37 “ 37 Our Lord, I have settled some of my offspring in a valley of no vegetation, by Your Sacred House, our Lord, so that they may perform the prayers…”. The house mentioned in both scripture from the Quran is believed to be the Ka’ba which is an ancient square building that was the first place of monotheistic worship in Islam (Oxtoby, 2014). The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
