impact on how the managers view the employees and how they approach the performance deficiency. It is crucial for managers to realize that people have a tendency to assign internal causes to behavior when the cause is actually external, causing the manager to acct in inappropriate ways. 8. List and explain phases of team development. Try to illustrate by practical examples. 1. Forming: Group members tend to be uncertain and anxious about their roles, who’s in charge and the group’s goals, while mutual trust is very low. 2. Storming: Group members try different positions and roles within the group. This time is set for testing. Each group member tries to determine their role in the power structure. In this stage, the procrastination may occur. 3. Norming: Group members get to know each other. Questions about authority and power are resolved through unemotional group discussion. The members finally create a team, not just a working group. Members set their norms that include opinion, feelings, behavior and social guidance. Some members might reject the norms. 4. Performing: This stage is typical for active solving of tasks or problems. Group members tend to be honest, communicate clearly with their coworkers and help each other, when needed.

5. Adjourning: The work is done, the goal is reached and it is time to move on other tasks or goals. 9. Some business leaders are called visionaries. Try to imagine yourself as a business visionary and outline a vision of a good business opportunity (based on your knowledge, current trends etc.). Keep in mind that a good vision is ambitious but realistic. Vision is nothing but the organizational declaration as to what they want to achieve as their midterm or long term goals. These are generally descriptive and inspirational to accomplish the goals. The vision statement of the company should be clear which can lead to a positive work cul- ture by creating strategies for the betterment of the workplace. Vision helps in producing successful organization change. However, vision is temporary in nature and can be rewritten any time. Vision emerges due to changing situations in the orga- nization. Change leads to the formulation of new agendas and strategies which result in vi- sion development. The vision statement of my organic juice company named "Earth’s Fruits" is "To become number one fruit juice brand and achieving sustainable growth by maximizing profits and reducing cost, making the organization as the best place to work, fulfilling the needs of the customers and to bring the new taste for people by using ethical ways of doing business which will benefit the organization, its employees, the customers, the society and the environment.” The vision statement is conveying the messages: To become the number one brand.
