1. Using all of the information gathered, you are to prepare an analysis of your eating lifestyle. (50 points) This analysis is to be written in full sentences, not one or two word answers. Each of the topics listed below should be explained in paragraph form. The following must be included in your detailed analysis: What nutrients are lacking? Do you eat the required number of servings from the food guide (Assn. #1)? Do you ingest the proper number of calories for your energy needs? Use the information learned from #1, 2, 3 & 4 above. Are you active enough? Is your BMI healthy for your age and what does that mean? What labs helped you to understand how to improve your food preparation and selection skills and choices? What specific improvements are necessary for your eating lifestyle? Use the information from #1 through #5 to include in your report. This analysis is to be thorough and detailed. All printouts and calculations are to be handed in with the typed analysis.
