media provide an effective approach of supporting, promoting and increasing the transmitting of data and information on evidence-based practices of improving personal and community health (Foltz, et 's., 2012). These types of campaigns aid information writing, encourage behavioral changes and promote interagency collaborations, which in turn significantly play a role in improved community health. In future nursing practice, social media campaign on teenage obesity will be an essential approach of preventing obesity by promoting and instilling better eating habits as well as upholding physical activity. The campaign will provide a platform in which healthcare providers, communities, households, and institutions can easily access and share information regarding childhood and teenage obesity (Jackson, Fraser, & Ash, 2014). Furthermore, it can be an influential tool for impacting on, communicating, and educating different stakeholders about meaningful techniques for preventing and reducing adolescent obesity.
