As in enforcing health check-ups by confirmingthat the high-risk population, such as the elderly, are having the correct access to an evidence-based and cost-effective range of tests and screenings (Lucy, 2020). Also solidification of healthinformation system with enhanced data linkage, for cancer registry, heart disease registry, andpneumonia registry (Lucy, 2020). IV. ConclusionsRecommendationsJapan's ongoing issue with struggling with cancer, pneumonia, and heart disease hasnegatively impacted the elderly community since now japan has been overpopulated with seniorcitizens. Since 2015 the GHIT fund has help offer at least $50 million in funds for new productsand services to help the prevention and medical treatment for diseases such as cancer (HGPI,2020).
