s dyspnea, it is however unlikely with his presenting signs and symptoms.Lung Cancer. Lung carcinoma is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, with about 85% of cases being related to cigarette smoking (Tsao, 2016). Symptoms can include cough, chest discomfort or pain, weight loss, and, less commonly, hemoptysis (Tsao, 2016). The diagnosis is typically made by chest x-ray or CT and confirmed by biopsy (Tsao, 2016). This diagnosis is considered because the patient is a smoker, and complaining of dyspnea; it is unlikely after further investigation and identifying his heart failure, but it should be revisited if his symptoms do not improve after treatment.ReferencesCardinale, L., Priola, A.
