through me.” Analysis Christianity provides guidance and purpose for how we should live our lives. God gave humanity a chance for eternal life and salvation through faith. Even if you were not always a believer, or if you simply strayed away from your faith God is forgiving and full of love. He will rejoice when sinners find their faith again, just as the father rejoiced when his son came home in the parable of the prodigal son. While there are historical accounts of what took place there is a lack of “hard evidence” for non-believers of the Christian faith. Worldview affects many aspects of everyday life. It can affect how we interpret see daily events, and guides people through hardships. When you place your trust in God however, that is the only thing you need to worry about, because you know he will guide you through everything. Christianity is a shared set of beliefs among many people and ultimately can bring many together. 3
Reflection My views are very similar to that of the Christian worldview. First of all, I believe that through Christ all things are possible. He died on the cross for our sins and if we put our trust in him then we can succeed at anything. However, sometimes I believe that this is easier said than done. I believe this is the part of the Christian Worldview I struggle with the most, but I continue to work on this everyday to be a better Christian. Second, I believe that we would all be better off if we were more forgiving and focused more on love. We must forgive other if we expect God to forgive us and we cannot live with hate in our hearts because God did not live that way. Even as he was on the cross he did not have any hate for those that hurt him. Finally, I believe we should help those less fortunate than us. I do not just mean that in the sense that others who do not possess material goods, although I do think that is an extremely important. There are so many people that do not have access to things to meet their daily basic needs and we should do everything we can to help them. Beyond that those that have not accepted Jesus into their hearts
