As the market share and brand of the company on the market continue to improve and upgraded. In terms of economy and services, payment services have been strongly developed.VietinBank always pay close attention to strict control, strictly adhere to the classification of debts in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank. VietinBank continued to maintain its asset quality with a NPL ratio of 1.07% (VIETINBANK ANNUAL REPORT 2017, 2017).
