This could be achieved through open communication Effective Leadership Strategy Leadership is an activity to influence the behaviour of others so that they will be directed to achieve certain goals. Here it can be caught by an understanding that if a person has begun to desire to influence the behavior of others, then here the leadership activity has begun. There are so many factors that need to be put in place to create effective leadership. The various factors to consider are generally very difficult to measure and some are very difficult to recognize. Both of these terms leaders or leadership with power have high relevance. Leadership is a process to influence the behavior of others. To affect requires power. While power itself is the potential influence of a leader.
