It’s the responsibility of team leaders to delegate tasks appropriately which means that they need to know each team member’s likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses. This could be achieved through open communication Effective Leadership Strategy Leadership is an activity to influence the behaviour of others so that they will be directed to achieve certain goals. Here it can be caught by an understanding that if a person has begun to desire to influence the behavior of others, then here the leadership activity has begun. There are so many factors that need to be put in place to create effective leadership. The various factors to consider are generally very difficult to measure and some are very difficult to recognize. Kusnadi, et al (2005: 354) states that in developing leadership profiles, it is very important to pay attention to the position of leaders within the organization. What assumptions will the leaders take in managing their subordinates within the organization to work effectively and efficiently In its position as a leader within a social group including society, a leader will be demanded by several things, including a complex set of roles, as well as his or her functions. In the breadth of functions and roles, a leader can delegate authority and responsibility to his followers, in accordance with existing and prevailing positions. Behaviour leads only in one-way communication, whereas supportive behaviour is defined in two-way communication. Because the usual leadership function is to make decisions, then the style of leadership will be seen when practiced in terms of making decisions. making is held alternately between the leader and his subordinates, so that his appearance, weight, and behaviour are accepted by his subordinates. Subordinates love it and consider it a source of information, and a place to ask. Leaders often discuss issues with subordinates, so agreement is reached. Decision-making is delegated to subordinates. The source of power that is the power of expertise and information. That is the core point of leadership talks in relation to power. Both of these terms leaders or leadership with power have high relevance. Leadership is a process to influence the behavior of others. To affect requires power. While power itself is the potential influence of a leader.
