Opening a New Branch of Vietinbank in My Dinh Overview of Vietinbank Vietinbank was founded in 1988, the charter of the company has total VND 37.234.045.560.000, which the government hold 64.5% and Mitsubishi hold 20% of the company (Vietinbank,2017) and IFC with8% (Koh & Nguyen, 2018). According to annual report of Vietinbank (2016), the total asset of Vietinbank up to 948,699 billion VND and the percentage of ROA was 1.0%. Vietinbank is located in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, there were total about 220 braches, included 155 local branches in 63 cities and province, 02 foreign branches in Germany and 01 Subsidiary in Laos PDR, 02 Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, 01 Representative Office in Myanmar (Vietinbank,2016). In order to enhance network, Vietinbank has established 1000 financial institutions over 90 countries. In addition, Vietinbank has about 23000 employees. As we can see in appendix A, Vietinbank has a highly centralized department and a huge decentralized branch system in Vietnam (Vietinbank, 2018). This analysis will consider the business implication for Vietinbank such as the Business type and purpose, the size and scope, the interrelationship of various function, and it require Human Resource Management (HRM), including the Purpose of Human Resource Management, Critical issue related to Workforce Planning and an evaluation of HR in opening a new branch in My Dinh. 1.1 Explain the different types and purposes of organizations; public, private and voluntary sectors and their legal structures

So the main point of classifying organisation by sector is which sector is organisation performs: private sector or public sector. Private sector is not controlled by the government, their primary goals is to find profit for their owner by fulfilling their customer requirement at an appropriate price, including: Sole traders: are who run the business on their own (individually).
