drink about three sodas a day, as I do. Each one has about 110 calories each. So at three sodas a day, that equals to 330 calories just in drinks! Of course I can remove the drinks and drink water, or a lowfat milk, this would be a definite plus on this goal! One drink that I have become fond of is tap water with squeezed lemon. While I enjoy snacking during the day, between meals, I have decided to reduce the urge to snack by eating more green vegetables with my meal so as to curb the snack appeal afterwards. I have always enjoyed some type of snack before bedtime, and with the change in adding more vegetables to dinner meals, the urge for a night snack has subsided. I do not see any changes in my goals as I age except for maybe exercising and maybe that may not be an issue. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
