drink about three sodas a day, as I do. Each one has about 110 calories each. So at three sodas a day, that equals to 330 calories just in drinks! Of course I can remove the drinks and drink water, or a lowfat milk, this would be a definite plus on this goal! One drink that I have become fond of is tap water with squeezed lemon. While I enjoy snacking during the day, between meals, I have decided to reduce the urge to snack by eating more green vegetables with my meal so as to curb the snack appeal afterwards. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
