A great leader has ethical, moral values. Such leaders will provide a fair environment for all workers. They create a conducive atmosphere where all people are treated with honesty and integrity. Human beings will not always want to follow justice. If decisions do not favor them, they feel aggrieved by the actions of their colleagues. Institutions having just leaders need them to stand firm in their choices. Availability of the only in a workplace will always be felt. They are not shaken by empty threats from those who wish to oppress others. In business, all employees should be trained to on how to behave in a civilized manner when under pressure. Hence, they

VIRTUES AND VICES 4 will maintain high moral standards to always stand for truth. No amount of victimization can make a just person change a truthful act (West, 2018). Vices A vice can be associated with an immoral person. Wicked people are found in developed and growing companies. Employees have different moral values. Some believe in having revenge to satisfy their selfish motives. Having a bad temper will curtail any employees from achieving their dreams. It is a weakness that can destroy an empire. Lack of self-control in the life of a person can lead to dangerous behavior (Kevin, & Craig, 2013). People with anger always seek refuge in bad company. Due to bad company, they are easily manipulated to believe what they do is right. Organizations which aim for global or regional dominance in specific fields will not tolerate bad morals. Employees with a lousy temper create bad scenes from a potential simple issue.
