devices that the hospital has acquired. We will learn how to go back to our unit and teach bedside nurses. Several changes are being made with defibrillators and medication delivery systems in an emergency. There is a hospital wide staffing meeting at 1100. This is when the managers of all of the units will discuss staffing concerns and we will discuss the balance of nurses. I am looking forward to observing the way all of the managers interact with each other. I am interested in how the whole hospital works as a team. At this point, I have only observed my specific unit’s managers interactions with our team. I have been encouraged to participate as much as I feel comfortable. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
