right or wrong answers, only what you as an individual have learned through this course. Keep your reflections brief with a minimum of 5 sentences, however when writing about your insights a longer post won’t be penalized and will be very much appreciated. This is to help solidify your concepts and what you have learned about how different individuals and circumstances apply to death practices. After reading the discussion posts of my fellow classmates about their experiences with death and grieving, I have been able to understand much more about grief and myself. Reading their posts about their experiences and what they learned in the class improved my knowledge because I was able to take their perspectives into consideration. It’s interesting how we have all had death impact us greatly in our lives whether it be our family members, friends, strangers or pets. I have learned how people from other cultures view death and grief. Discussion board 5 was filled with people who were able to accept and understand death and the challenges along with it. Everyone experiences death but not everyone processes it the same way and we have different ways of showing grief and dealing with the passing of a loved one. What I think is very important is how one processes grief. It’s challenging to face the fact that the person is no longer with us but it is important that we are honest with ourselves and don’t try and keep it all inside.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
