Case material describing the scenario will be made available to the students two weeks prior to the actual run. The assessment task will be followed by a debrief session where the flaws in the decisions taken would be analysed and the optimal strategies would be discussed. 2) Criteria used to grade this task: The HBR simulation package uses a combination of output measures like Gross Margin, Gross Margin % and Number of Votes of Confidence by Board Members for grading the decision maker. 3) Task Assessor: Ashish Viswanath Prakash 4) Suggested time to devote to this task: Students will be given trial access to attempt the simulation once before they proceed to the actual round (which will be graded). Students are expected to spend time (~4 - 5 hours) reading the case and reference material before they take up the simulation. 5) Submission details: Student will be advised by their lecturer of the date, time and location of the test. 6) Feedback and return of work: The work will be returned to students, usually within a week from the date of submission.
