conducted, which is known as SA Survey and SA Khatiyan. This survey
conducted from 1956 to 1962.
In that survey land owner Name, Description
mentioned. Three copies are
prepared: 1 copy for District Record, 1 copy for Tehsil office and 1 copy for
Circle Inspector.
Revisional
Survey (RS):
After 50 years of CS survey another survey was held on. This survey was known
as Revisional Survey and the khatiyan made from this survey is known as RS
Khatiyan. The purpose of this survey is to update the amount of land, owner’s
name and possessor’s name. It is more authentic than the CS khatiyan.
This survey map and Khatiyan are taken more or less correct.
To eliminate the error in SA which information provided by Zamindar
government conducted this survey for different areas of the country physically.
City Survey:
Another name of this survey is Dhaka Survey. It is conducted from1999 to 2000
for Dhaka City.
This is the latest on survey till now.
