The government was obliged to change that act and enable the student who requires special needs are accommodated in public schools or private schools where normal students attend normal studies. Therefore through the government input these particular students with special needs were accommodated. For instance, the public and private schools structures were designed and built to accommodate these students. They were provided with special equipment, for instance, the hearing kit for students who could not hear properly. The students who could not walk properly were provided with a pathway around the school that would enable them to walk properly without being patronized with their normal peers. Students with special needs and normal student had a neutral ground in terms of learning and being equipped with knowledge to enable them face the future confidently. In addition, the providence of teachers who are skilled in delivering special education to the needy students were employed and currently they are slightly paid a little more percentage compared to teachers teaching the normal students. Public policy According to public policy, the number of students that graduate from university and colleges is deteriorating. The income of United States workforce would greatly decrease if the current education system does not improve. Given that the age group of U.S workforce is between 25 to 64 years with most people close to retirement are white. In addition according to statistics the cultural and ethnics groups in the United States is more than the number of Native Americans. Furthermore, the highest population of least educated people in the state is from the cultural and ethnic groups. Therefore, it proves that education should be improved and should be equally distributed among the residents of the United States of America. This can be achieved by decreasing the attrition rate of teachers in the country. Consequently, it would create room for allocating more percentage of the budget for the purchasing infrastructure as well as the resources to enable current students to have a larger scope of knowledge that would be fruitful in their future careers as well the economy of the country.

Running Head: Attrition Rate 17 Diversity and inclusion It is evident that the United States of America is composed of different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore diversification is fundamental in the learning institutions in the current learning institutions. Therefore, the government should be able to pitch in and add efforts to enable the learning institutions have adapted to the diversification.
