It is significant to note that power bills reflect both its prices and usage by the consumers. There are two types of residential electricity pricing namely: standard residential rate plan and Time-Of-Use rates (TOU). The standard residential rate plan is used by most residents where there is no need to change the times and days of energy usage. This is a reasonable rate for people who are usually at home during summer times, their inclusive energy consumption is not that much, and people are contented with the rates used by most residents.
