The new gardener thinks he knows everything and is not listening tohis boss. He is trying to tell other workers what to do and this is causing a lot of tension within the business. What is the impact/effect of the problem?The affect of the problem is that staff are stressed and it creates a breakdown in communication and relationships at the shop. It also disrupts the business when staff arnt working well together. We msut also consider firing the worker or coaching her. It is a distraction. It undermines the supervisors authority and makes him very angry.It creates a lot of stress for staff having conflict in the workplace andit reduces work morale and productivity.Having bad relations in the workplace is bad for business. It reducescommunication and team work and the quality of work is reduced.
