and manage various situations before they face them on the job. Role-playing is an excellent training tool for various interpersonal skills, such as supervising, customer service, and interviewing. Thus, it is a training technique good for customer service and sales. Simulation Simulation occurs in an artificial environment which is exactly similar to the actual workplace or situation. Under this method, trainees participate in a reality-based, interactive activity where they can always imitate actions required on the job (Kozlowski, 2011). It is a technique which not only helps in skills development but also aims at educating and informing the trainees in an exciting and memorable way. It is mostly used in process skills as well as interpersonal and management skills. To train cashiers at Grand View Grocer’s Corporation, the organization can use a cashier trainer. A cashier trainer is a simulator that helps the organization skill their new employees and even to train existing employees in situations where changes have been introduced and need to be trained or be prepared for new programs. Simulations are highly interactive programs that are highly recommended for store environment employees, as they can gain skills on customer approach, store procedures and also use of systems.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
