criticisms, 4 citations) and 2 criticisms presented by Van Den Haag (1 page, 2 criticisms, 4 citations). (C) Identify what you take to be the two strongest criticisms of preferential treatment by Blackstone and/or Van Den Haag. Explain why you think Rachels can answer each of these two criticisms, and why you think his two answers would or would not be convincing (1 page). Advice and Rules for the Grading of Papers 1. To assure the completeness of your paper, please structure it into parts (A), (B) and (C) and follow the guidelines for numbers of pages and numbers of references devoted to each part. Your paper must contain no more than 5 pages, and TAs will not grade any pages beyond that number. 2. In fairness to all students, later papers will be graded down one full grade (ex. ‘B’ to ‘C’). To hand in a later paper, you must get permission from your TA at the time the paper is due, and reach an agreement with the TA as to when you will hand in the paper, within four days of the original due date. 3. In order to receive a passing grade, your paper must contain at least 15 text citations to the page numbers of the Cal Copy 2013 reader, in accordance with the above instructions.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
