Customer Satisfaction Reports: This report helps to identify the performance details of the product along with the customer reports for any bugs which help to improve and identify the overall quality and productivity of the team etc (Bouwmans, Runhaar, Wesselink, & Mulder, 2019). How does the team know they met expectations? Leadership is one of the powerful terms which describe the organization to accomplish the goals (Tredgold, 2016). Team expectations are the results of the decisions which can heavily influence the working environment based upon their results. Let us discuss some of the expectations a team has for you as a leader. Clarity: Clarity of the targets express the essential essence of expectations. Furthermore, it allows to concentrate on the effectiveness of the requirements to be expected to define the vision clearly.
