Vadilal Portal is designed to boost customer experience by making best use of available
resources.

- Ability to view out dated promotions
- Ability to order at promotional rate after promotion has ended. All promotions are
valid till the published date 11:59PM

- Customers have access and ability to use Vadilal portal via web
- Current Sales report from all 4 zones are most accurate to knowledge
- Availability of resources as predicted in this project are approved and acquired on time
5.5Constraints (Chapter 5)

5.5.1 Solution Constraints
- Contracts with banks and credit card processing firm if not approved on time by legal
- Legal messages across the portal needs approval from our legal team on time
- Contracts with software providing companies for database and website hosting
5.5.2 Process Constraints
- Resources needed for the start of development are date constraint to meet the expected
timelines
- Budget allocation as per project guidelines can cause constrain to meet expected timelines if not
approved on time
