Following are some recommendations for Pizza Hut and KFC in China. First, Pizza Hut needs to expand. Actually, according to the Yum! (2013), Pizza Hut actually plans to expand andget more market share in China. Second, Pizza Hut has a little disadvantage in pricing strategies and still need to alter it to meet the market demand. Third, KFC has more coupons than Pizza Hut, and I suggest that Pizza Hut could take more promotion even its TV advertising is better than KFC. In a word, under the same cooperation- Yum!, KFC and Pizza Hut mutually enhance their business on their competition.
