disagree with my peer that learning independently is not effective. As indicated, politics is changing, and some of the mentors may not have ideas that are effective currently. Nonetheless, it is important to note that the mentors are experienced, and therefore they may be beneficial. In response to Tyler's first question, mentorship is important in learning. However, it is not advisable for one to depend on this approach without considering other methods (Bowling, 2014). There is also a close relationship between the effectiveness of the methodology and the number of mentors who provide the advice. I have mentors in my faculty who would be willing to mentor me in politics of nursing. Most of them are individuals who have been in the industry for more than 20 years. All one has to do is to book an appointment with one of them since they usually have tight schedules.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
