In my workplace, there are various schedules are implemented in order to provide various information to the staff as: -I.All the staff should be available in the workplace at the proper time.II.Regarding our restaurant, mostly the busiest time is in the evening from 5. Mostly, atthat time most of the people use to come for the dinner. So, all the staff should be in pre-planning way so that everything will run in an effective way.III.Similarly, there should be the proper co-ordination among all the staff so that the workplace activities will be more flexible.IV.Furthermore, all the staff should check the roster and they should do the pre-information if they are taking the leave for the personal work.V.The staff should give their available days to the operational department so that it willbe easier to prepare schedule.2.Within your workplace, develop a draft roster for the next month which has not already been scheduled.The roster for the next month February is as below: -Mon.
