This means that the conflict at hand is not a big deal. Accommodating Just cooperate, even if you don’t agree with the person. Compromising Both parties lose to accomplish one common goal. Collaborating Work with your/the partner in which both parties work together to arrive at a solution without having to give up something f value.

In my previous position, I was forced to work long hours without getting paid. I should have went to my supervisor with eveidence of the long hours and amount of work that I did on a daily basis. If I could not get through to her, I should have gone to HR. What outside resource could/should you have contacted? EEOC
