airport that destroyed half of the country’s commercial airliners in July of 2001 (Britannica). There was a separate ‘elite unit’ of the LTTE called the Black Tigers , who were responsible for carrying out all of the suicide attacks. After reading and sharing this bit of information about the LTTE, Tamil Tigers, coming to the conclusion of whether they were freedom fighters or terrorists has been easy for me. I ever read anywhere that they were strictly putting people in harms was to fight for something good, to fight for their country. I have read that they have performed many terrorist attacks to produce harm in several different ways, for no good than for their ego. Nothing that the Tamil Tigers did was honorable, nor were their methods justifiable; but they were evil (Martin). This terrorist organization selected its targets carefully, and inflicted harm and used methods of mass destruction. The Tamil tigers were not freedom fighters, they were nothing but terrorists. This post is based on facts along with my own opinion. Sources: Britannica, T. E. (n.d.). Tamil Tigers. Retrieved July 23, 2019, from Martin, G. (2019). 1. Should the United States adopt information-control regulations similar to Britain’s Official Secrets Act? With Britain’s Official Secrets Act controlling government sensitive information being released to the public, I feel like although we don’t’ have an official Act set in stone for America, I still believe that information is censored and filtered to what is actually released to the public.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
