-Gas at high temperature and high pressure from combustion chamber is expand through the nozzles. Rotating blades converts part of kinetic energy in to shaft work. Further expansion occurs in rotating blades with increasing in kinetic energy of fluid. -Change in pressure, temperature and enthalpy accorss a single stage gas turbine is shown in graph
