Therefore based on the p-value and the level of significant value, the hypothesis test has rejected thenull hypothesis. The result is statistically significant at 0.05 level of significance. We have sufficientevidence available to support the claim that the number of entertainment expenditure and both groupsof income are independent.Discussion:Based on the results and calculations presented in this report, the highest expenditures are occurred inthe food categories. The lowest expenditures are occurred in the entertainment categories. If I were torecommend a place to save money, it would be in the food categories, as it seems like spending $9,700annually for a family of 3 household members is extremely high. It seems like we are wasting too muchfood enough to spend so much money on them. Another thing a person should learn is that the amountof entertainment expenditures does not necessarily have to be upgrade to higher level as the level ofincome in the household increases.REFERENCESThe data provided in the spreadsheet has been plugged into the histogram maker onAll results that are provided below are produced using the data provided in the spreadsheet hasbeen plugged into the histogram maker on the Social Science Statistics webpage().STAT200: Assignment #3 - Inferential Statistics Analysis and WriteupPage 1 of 4
