Strategy Execution: Managing Internal Operations Its apparent that the company has used information systems to execute its strategy because that’s the reason the company exists today. The company keeps producing innovative products that keep consumers wanting more. Management makes workers feel like Apple is their company as well. Their ultimate goal is to make the customer happy. Being compensated for a job well done motivates them. Apples senior vice president earned $73.4 million in stock and cash her first year with the company and over $25 million in compensation on last year. Apple 16

Strategic Analysis: Apple does reward its employees such as money, gifts, and recognition to motivate them. They have been given iPod shuffles, iPhones and even product discounts. Although its cheaper to give them products over a raise they have however given 3% bonuses for their salary executives. Not only have they given monetary awards buy they have found ways to fulfill their employees physiological needs. They protect their safety and health when providing safety training in the workplace. In the future I believe that Apple will offer more compensation to their employees. Why not? Apple is one of the most successful companies in the world. Compared to the CFO and Senior Vice president Tim Cook only made about $10 million in 2015 compared to there near $26 million. I believe that more compensation needs to be given to the people who are on the forefront with the customers. These are the people who consumers see and the reason that they feel that they can come to Apple Stores and interact with the workers because they know they will have an overall excellent experience. Strategy Execution: Leadership I believe that in order for Apple to stay on top sustainability is important. Sustainability is important to the company because they have already created a reputation that has taken them years to build. Another factor is project management. Apple does seem to be slowing down any time soon but they must continue to better their products even if its just better cameras on the iPhone, or better chargers, or even high definition sound in headphones. Apple is committed to quality and service. As one of the most recognizable companies in the world Apple could become more transparent and improve qualitative research to produce more products that consumers have grown to love. 17
