Cap on ROI: Can issue shares or receive loans with cap on dividends or interest 3. Restrictions on Asset Transfer: Can only transfer assets to other organizations with community purpose 4. Asset lock: Upon dissolution, can only transfer assets to other organizations with community purpose 5. Community Interest Report: Every year, create report for shareholders and gov’t registrar that outlines how company has benefitted the community
