perform and achieve its desired goals and objectives. A good flow of information and feedback among the members of the firm is needed. However, this I what is lacking in this constructive firm. Lando lacks all the skills of communication, and this has affected all other employees’ including the performance of the firm in general. Poor communication and personal temperament of the individual workers have let much conflict in the firm, which has resulted in underperformance of the firm. To solve the problem affecting the firm, I would recommend that all the parties, that is, employees in the firm should have a negotiation which will enable them to share and discuss the problem together. Through this, Lando can be advised to change as early as possible. Two, the collaboration of both workers will help to solve the problem. If only Ted and
Lando can worker together, the issue of poor communication can be solved. Again, Lando should accommodate that he is weaker in communication and accept advises from his coworkers. This will enable Ted to take the role of communicating important messages to subordinates. It should be noted that all the issues of dislike from workers
