1)¿ Record 2 cultural safety issues that may impact service delivery in an ECEC service?Two issues that could impact the delivery of cultural safety in an ECEC service could be that the individuals don’t feel include or supported and this could affect and impact on their attitude and work. Also, could it be that they are not correctly display or explained the correct procedures of the acceptable work practices.2)List 2 advantages of liaising with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in an ECEC service.The advantage of leasing is that children would have the opportunity to learn from there directly about their culture and history and at the same time to related to their local context and learn to respect them and treat them as equals. The centre invite the families in regular biases so they can meet them and create a feeling of Community, they make barbecues of fairs when the idea is to all get to knoweach other and bond. This way they can identify is they are deterrents cultures and use this knowledge to create a bond and show respect to this otherness. Ask them to teach as something of their culture or to come a day to cook with the children.2)In consideration of each new family that enrols in an ECEC service, how could the service show flexibility in their practices regarding individual culture and values?Some kids at the center have special diets but not because of healthy issued if not for believes and religion, the center supports this giving this children special food that follows the diet that they choose in base of their believes.3)Think of ways that cultural competence could be implemented into an ECEC service.
