HW 8 IE5411 Sunny Ahmed bound to gain trust which might be result in good recommendations to other clubs and thus for our business in the long run. 11-2c. When I go to talk to top management and recommend them on what to do I will want every document necessary to back me up. This definitely cannot be done by me alone so I would call a meeting with the necessary personnel who were involved with the project so far and try to come up with a decision that makes the best sense. The project is almost 50 percent done meaning most of the designing work have been done or at least in the process of being done so if any design changes are to be made we might not have to start over. I would try to find out what the competitors might be up to and explain it to the group and see their reactions. If they think that it is something they will not be able to achieve with the current product then there is no point but to scrap the project and start afresh. If otherwise then I would ask the group to come up with time and resource estimates for the changes. The reason I would do that is because what if it costs us more to redesign the product with added functionalities as compared to starting from scratch. If we want to start over I would like to find out what fundamentals can we carry over or how can we cut cost for the new project by using stuff we have now. It could be as simple as machinery that was bought for this project but could be used if we start again. Once I have all the estimates I would sit down with sales and marketing to see and do a profit and loss analysis as top management likes to talk in numbers. Based on all the data I collected I would then perform an analysis myself and then recommend the best scenario to the upper management. Doing all this might take some time but I think this would be time worth spending if I can give them the best recommendation. 3

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
