3. Describe key points you could use if you were a manager in air cargo management.
This video demonstrates how technology can become much more than an aid in the cargo
management industry. Hactl seems to be settinc very high performance benchmarks to its state of
the art SuperTerminal 1 (Hactl - Ground handling services – SuperTerminal 1, Hactl, Hong Kong
Air Cargo Terminals Limited . 2018). If I were a manager I would definitely push for the

implementation of storage facilities that utilize computer controlled cranes and conveyor belt
systems within my terminal as well and depending on the scale of my operation I can also push
for the implementation of computer controlled sorting facilities and computer generated mapping
systems for the storage of cargo. Such services will definitely be an aide in improving
performance and efficiency within the terminal.
