Peran Motivasi Kerja Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat (Studi Empirik di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) S tress kerja terhadap kinerja kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. (3) stress kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. (4) kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Responden dalam penelitian ini perawat Bekerja di unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang minimal 1 tahun sebanyak100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif karena menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat dalam pengumpulan data untuk mengungkap data stres kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja dengan motivasi sebagai intervening. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Stres kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Motivasi kerja berhasil memediasi Stres kerja, kompensasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Kata kunci : Stres, motivasi,kinerja,motivasi 11

The Role of Work Motivation in Mediating the Effect of Job Stress and Compensation on Nurse Performance (Empirical study at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) work stress on the work performance of nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. To determine the effect of compensation on the nurse performance of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. (2) work motivation on the nurse performance of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. (3) work stress on the work motivation of nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. (4) compensation for the work motivation of nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. Respondents in this study were nurses working in inpatient units of Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital at least 1 year as many as 100 respondents. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach because it explains the relationship between variables using questionnaires as a tool in data collection to reveal job stress data, compensation for performance with motivation as intervening. The analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software tools.
