I can monitor my work in several ways, such as self-monitoring, supervisor evaluation, and patient feedback. I will use them to monitor my work so that I can improve better. First of all, I do self-monitoring, which is basically observing the way I work and the way I behave and the standard by which I provide support with my own judgment. I evaluate my daily work so that I can identify any specific skills I may need to learn. Secondly, I will do a supervisor evaluation, which is an evaluation guided by my supervisor to help evaluate my work. In this way I can figure out the pros and cons of the way I work. Finally, I will use patient feedback, which helps to determine the effectiveness of my work, as well as provide support for any gaps in my skills. I will accept whatever points my clients emphasize and work to ensure that they are supported to a high standard.
