You are coaching Lee Waters, a new employee and part of the online sales and service team.
His targets include:
1% error rate (currently 5%)
<10 minutes per interaction (currently 20 minutes)
$30,000 sales (currently $20,000)
participate in two hours sales training per month (currently 0 hours).
He doesn’t understand what a coaching session is all about and you need the coach to explain how they are
going to help you achieve your targets. If the coach doesn’t explain this at the beginning of the session, you will
ask for an explanation.
