Looking at the all the evidence the study shows that Isuzu Australia Limited took all the
right steps in collaborating the new information technology. IAL was able to make sure the
collaboration worked for the company, was cost effective, and worked for the company and it’s
needs. The use of
IBM’s WebSphere Portal and IBM’s Workplace Web Content Management
was economical and operational importance to help the company improve the performance on
getting the information to and from the main office and the dealerships.
