Do you spread that information throughout your organization? If the response is yes, ask what specifically does the firm do? If the answer is no, why not? The respondent maintained that the organization has a proper communication channel and every workforce within the company is aware of the company goals towards building a healthy customer relationship. Internal meetings within the company across all departments are held weekly, and the chief executive officer communicates the business information to the managers of each department. The employees also subscribe their emails to the organization website where they can get the updates and all information regarding the customers’ expectations. According to Harper (2015), good communication within the organization ensure that there is a strong relationship amongst the employee, managers and the customers thus leading to clear expectations to each stakeholder.
