The information that may be obtained by individuals will be beneficial for closure at the end oflife and beneficial for family members to understand the dying process and symptom management. The information is set to be delivered in the conference room of the hospice office. It will be a brief presentation full of knowledge but to the point. The settingwill be small and intimate. ImplicationsIn your Capstone Project, you will be developing a mechanism to disseminate important information related to the topic you have selected. Explain, in detail, the impact of directing this information to the appropriate audience(s). Please make sure you have considered all aspects (financial, regulatory, accrediting, safety and patient satisfaction outcome, issues and aspects ofthe implication):In order to convey the message appropriately to the targeted audiences I will provide a power point presentation to educate the hospice staff appropriately. By educating the appropriate audience needing the information it will ensure that the information is not wasted and is put to use within the field work. I will also create a pamphlet with the information in a question and answer form to give to new families and to prospective families to hospice care. By doing so, I am able to reach more people in hopes of creating or helping to create closure for more individuals at the end of life. By giving the tools learned within this capstone project there are numerous patients at the end of their lives that can be positively affected. There is very little cost related with the education to be presented. Accrediting at this time is not of necessity but may be something to think about in the future if and when it is necessary.
