Current Catalog Information INDEV 401 ( 1.50 ) PRA International Development Placement 1 Students are placed for one term in a community development project or organization that has successfully managed an innovative solution to a development problem. Students are required to document the process of the project or organization leading to the development activity, including the nature and extent of problem, idea for addressing the problem, the challenges faced, resources used, critical decisions taken, results achieved, etc. An outline of the final report is required. [Note: Students are responsible for all travel and subsistence costs associated with their International Placement.] No Special Consent Required Requisites : Prereq: Level at least 4A International Development students Effective 01-SEP-2015 Description Change: INDEV 401 and 402 comprise an 8 month internship abroad with a development project, organization or institute. INDEV 402 immediately follows INDEV 401. Students are expected to fulfill work duties, language milestones and academic assignments.
