He manages a plant where heavy equipment is used to manufacture products. His plant has not been doing well for quite some time now. Alex was informed that if his production and profits do not improve, the plant would close in three months or so. Alex feels the responsibility to help bring back his plant to a state in which the plant makes profits and does not lag behind. He feels that since the plant is located in his hometown, he is more responsible to help avoid the closure of his plant.
