C. LEP: I would make dictionaries available for those students who cannot understand the lesson in full because English is not their first language. I will also provide one-on- one assistance while the other students are working independently. D. LD, ED, ADD: For students with a LD, I would keep the instructions simple and guide each student thoroughly though the lesson. For an ED student, I would help them work as fast as they can but will be patient and allow them to work as comfortable as they need; not every student works at the same pace. For ADD, I would ensure that they are paying attention and following along the whole lesson, I would integrate stopping points to ensure their understanding of the lesson as well their following of each concept. If the students get distracted, I will provide tablets with games about the lesson, that way they are learning at the same time, while entertaining themselves. E. Multicultural Connections: I will discuss information on different cultures in our planet. Since there are no other planets with humans in our galaxy, I will review cultures within our seven continents. How do they see earth and outside planets, what other astronauts went to space that have not been US residents, etc. X. Summative Assessment/Evaluation: Students will be given pictures of eight food items (a peppercorn, 2 cherry tomatoes, a blueberry, watermelon, large grapefruit, apple, and orange) they will then identify which planet in the solar system is relative the fruits size. Students will be provided with a matching game on the smart board and they will match each planet to its actual size. Each time a student goes to the board, the set must be shuffled and that will reduce any cheating. Students will not be allowed any materials on the desk at the time and their hands must be clean of everything. Students will need to achieve a 7/8 planets matched correctly to receive a passing grade.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
