Organizations need to support the truth …. Enron collapse never tells a lie but never tell the truth. All that is necessary for evil to trump good is for good to stay silent. Fulbright on Vietnam war. Is silence killing your company By; Leslie Pearlo Silence is becoming an epidemic in corporate America Faster pace America is different than parent’s ages. Technology makes the need for things to happen now. Expect more out of everyone. We lose luxury of time with technology Pressure to meet deadlines is so great that we always push ahead whatever our concerns People become trapped in spiral of silence. Companies pay high price for silence on broken product etc. We do what we think other want and don’t say anything to fit in.

Parable of the Sadhu By; Bowen Mccoy He worked for Morgan Stanley took a sabbatical to climb mt Everest. Finds man looks to be in distress while climbing McCoy’s second trip to summit and says screw this man. On the way back down didn’t find the man. Must have died. McCoy left a changed man. Said it caused him to look at ethics in work. No excuse to not address these issues in the work place. Stress is the real test of a personal and corporate character.
