articles and journals, websites and publications. The 40 staff members will be asked to submit the questioners immediately they have completed answering all the questions. Data analysis and interpretation The data collected from the three methods will be will undergo analysis using Microsoft Excel or any other data analysis software. The data will be further processed to show trends through graphical representations, using tables, use percentages or ranking the data accordingly. The data will then be presented in the final document.

Potential limitations The above methodology will, however, have some challenges such as some of the respondents might fail to complete the test which will affect the conclusion the research shows. Some respondents might also fail to submit the questionnaire which will reduce the sample size. Proper follow-ups will be made on the forty respondents to ensure that they respond accordingly.
