The ferry would go back and forth. Mostly white males with briefcases were getting off, not many people were getting on in the afternoon on a Monday. Saw a couple food trucks with a variety of food and drinks (tacos/nachos, pizza) Many parking garages approaching Frank Sinatra Road, and a NJ transit The W Hotel ($$$$$) 3. Questions Asked Young male, white (didn’t ask age but possibly in his early 30s); dressed business casual: - Were you raised in Hoboken?: No, I moved here after college - What college did you go to?: Rutgers University, studied accounting - What made you move to Hoboken?: After passing my CPA and commuting to the city from my hometown of Little Falls, NJ as I was working in the city as an accountant, I ended up moving here because it was easier to go to the city everyday than commuting. - Do you take the ferry to the city or transit?: Ferry became easier after a while and closer to the building I work at. Young female behind the bar, sports bar (around the age of early 30s) - Do you live in Hoboken?: Yes

- Do you work full time in the resturants business?: Yes, I was a manager at another bar before working full time here as a bartender and server. - What kind of people come to the bar for drinks/food on a daily basis?: Typically during the day alot of the same faces during happy hour. During the weekend its usually college kids but I also see a lot of families in here for lunch. - Are you married?: No, I live with my fiance and he works as a hotel manager in the city which is why we moved here. - Where are you from?: New Jersey Side Notes: My boyfriend and I went to a restaurant/bar before we left. Pig and Parrot (American, Bar food) near the transit and the food wasn’t as pricy as I thought it would be and typical prices for a beer.
