The operation of the 10-bit Ring Counter shows that after the second LOW output of SET, RESET is triggeredallowing for an additional HIGH bit which the SET is registering LOW, Q0 will register as HIGH. In the LogicAnalyzer, it shows two HIGH bits continuously recycled in ring circuit.
