Conclusion The entrepreneurial process is composed of various stages with each stage consisting of various opportunities in which a company uses to develop. Specifically, Mr. Kaplan and Mr. Warren (2013) outline five stages containing a checklist of possible steps or processes the entrepreneur(s) should complete before moving onto the next stage. However, the entrepreneurial process is unique to each entrepreneur and company depending on the size and scope each determines to be the ultimate goal. 5
